2. Services Provided

Visit Canyon Matka acts as an intermediary connecting users (“Travelers”) with independent tour guides (“Guides”). We do not provide tour services directly but facilitate bookings between Travelers and Guides.

3. User Responsibilities

a) Travelers:

  • Must provide accurate information when booking a tour.
  • Are responsible for understanding the details, costs, and conditions of their selected tour before making a reservation.
  • Must adhere to the agreed meeting time and location with their Guide.

b) Guides:

  • Must provide truthful and complete descriptions of their tours.
  • Are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings.
  • Must conduct tours professionally and safely.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Travelers can book tours through the Platform.
  • Payment terms, including cancellation policies and refunds, are outlined at the time of booking.
  • Visit Canyon Matka may charge a service fee for facilitating bookings.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary by Guide and will be displayed before booking.
  • Refunds are subject to the terms set by the Guide and Visit Canyon Matka.
  • In case of disputes, Visit Canyon Matka may mediate but does not guarantee a refund.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Visit Canyon Matka is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or quality of services provided by Guides.
  • We do not verify the backgrounds, qualifications, or safety measures of Guides.
  • Travelers participate in tours at their own risk. Visit Canyon Matka is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during a tour.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Users must respect each other and comply with local laws.
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Visit Canyon Matka reserves the right to ban users who violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Visit Canyon Matka or its licensors.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or modify Platform content without permission.

9. Privacy Policy

  • By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Primary Court Skopje 1 of the Republic of Macedonia – Skopje.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Primary Court Skopje 1 of the Republic of Macedonia – Skopje.
